From Manhattan to LA, from Telluride to West Palm Beach, Domitria’s path has always been led by one thing: her love of bringing people together through food.

It was during the stillness of the COVID lockdown that Word of Mouth truly began. While the world slowed down, Domitria leaned into her roots — experimenting in the kitchen, connecting with tradition, and creating moments of comfort one dish at a time.

What started with sourdough turned into something much bigger.

Domitria isn’t your average Host in the kitchen. She’s a passionate and curious cook and a firm believer that food doesn’t have to be complicated to be incredible.

Influenced by the Jewish and Italian matriarchs she’s met, inspired by her Hollywood Hills aunt’s effortless hospitality, and fueled by her own fearless creativity, Domitria brings authenticity, soul, and joy to every dish — and every guest.

Her favorite part of the experience? Watching people light up when they realize they can do more than they thought in the kitchen — and have fun doing it.
